I have lived in my house since June 1996 and sold it 24.06.2024.(337 months) I let it for 51 months in 2010-2014. I have lived in since then until i sold in June Can i claim 286+9/337 as Private Residence Relief Do i have 60 days to py the tax?

Hi Steve

You can only claim for the period that you lived in it.
As you were living in the property for the final 9 months of ownership this is already accounted for and you cannot then add this to the 286 months.
Yes, you need to report and pay any gain within 60 days - Report and pay your Capital Gains Tax
