I want to report a fairly small gain arising gfrom selling a number of shares, some of which I have held for many years.Rather than filling in multiple forms is it acceptable to send one sheet listing share type, number of shares sold, sale receipts, cost of shares and profit or loss, with a summary showing net profit?
