Allowable expense as community nurse

Hello, I work as a community nurse and even though I have a base I spend the day travelling to patients homes/care homes. My work pays for my travelling expenses but they do not pay for my other expenses. As community nurses we use mobile phones, laptop and lone worker devices which we are supposed to be charging them at home overnight. Can I claim tax relief for charging these? Can I also claim for meals I get in the day when driving to patients home?

No you cannot claim as you could recharge the items at your base.
You cannot claim for meals as you would need to purchase/provide this anyway, irrespective of where you are based.
