Hi there. First time poster and new user looking for some help. We are business based in the UK and would like to start a trading relationship with a company based in The USA. We have discussed the option of sending them consignment stock and we have done due diligence on the company and as far as we can ascertain, they seem good for the money. Our issue (lack of knowledge) concerns the issue of paperwork etc. in sending a relatively large value of stock to USA, when this stock may not end up being sold, thus paid to us for some considerable time. We are happy with the delay in monies being owed to us, as we are looking at it as a long game, but what do we need to do ref duties/taxes etc? Thanks in advance, Adam.

You will need to make enquiries with the USA authorities on their import requirements.
