After paying VAT twice (point of purchase & Royal Mail) and then import charges on a purchase, I sent a completed BOR286 along with all the requested documents. This was over a month ago and I have heard nothing since. Despite in depth internet searches, I cannot find any details for whom to contact to make receipt / progress enquiries. Can anybody here help please?
