Locating Government Gateway linked to CDS

Is there a way to locate a GG linked to the CDS service? Currently going round in a loop trying to find out how. We had an individuals' gateway unlinked thinking that would solve the issue. However, we are still receiving the error message indicating that CDS is still linked to a government gateway ID. I have had contact with the following teams on this issue but haven't found a resolution as yet: Customs & International Trade Helpline FAS Team HMRC Online Services Technical support HMRC Vat Online Services VAT general enquiries Imports & Exports general enquiries Does anyone know which team this issue can be resolved by? Can you email ISBC.eoricontact@hmrc.gov.uk along with your EORI number.
They should be able to check what services are linked to your G Gateway account.
