Hi, I work for a UK VAT registered retail business and we are setting up a drop shipping agreement with a company in Portugal for orders worth between £20 and £3,000 direct to our UK Customers. We need the goods to go direct to our customers but obviously don't want the Customer to receive paperwork with the cost price on it or them to be responsible for paying any duty. Can anyone help on how we achieve this please or would I be best speaking to an international Courier?

You should speak to courier company to make arrangements.
