We’ve have had a scenario recently when EMCS is unavailable after we have started an Export entry we are aware of the fallback procedure if EMCS isn’t available prior to starting an entry and the question is after we’ve started the entry and the system goes into fallback and it isn’t possible for us to progress to the NES stage and get the vehicle despatch, is it just the same procedure, complete a C1402 fallback request, C130EX manual release and a Manual C88, the problem being there would be no NES reference or matching DUCR.MUCR reference
