We are looking at transporting goods from Ireland via GB Landbridge to Estonia . Our understanding is as follows: T2 Open ENS Required ?? to enter GB for Excise Goods ?? PBN using T2 MRN or ENS MRN?? To board Ferry at Dublin?? GMR using T2 MRN ?? or ENS MRN at Dover ?? T2 Closed in Calais Appreciate to correct any incorrect or more efficient steps . Thanks
