Tax saving on the income from property

Dear ALL, I have two properties in my personal name and we get into 40% tax bracket, speaking to accountants they said LLP doesn't work as it is just two properties, they advised about putting into pension, but that is not helping. We manage the properties. Any suggestions how we can save tax legally. Also how i can move to the Limited company without CGT and Stamp duty. Please kindly give your suggestions. Regards USer90
