gas certificate etc expenses - where to declare confusion

Hi - pl could you confirm the correct box to record expenses for gas certificates etc. Your webinar "Hot to Fill in your Tax Return if you have UK Property Income" advises "other allowable property expenses", whilst your answer to the same question asked by Mr conder 4 months ago advises "under repairs and Maintenance". Many thanks

I would advise that this expense should be noted under repairs and maintenance.
This is because a gas certificate would be issued in the course of maintaining the property.
