I am trying to submit a return on Coins system and I am unable to do so. I have contacted Coins system team and they see no issues on their side. I have re-authorised and checked the Manage permissions for tax software link. And all seems good. This is my second return and first went with no issues. Can you advice?

What type of return were you trying to submit and for which tax?
What is the error message you are receiving and at what stage do you receive it?

Hi, I am trying to do a VAT return for Dec 1 2022 to 28 Feb 2023. I get "refresh token is invalid [VT136]" and "To Date is invalid" Coins see no issue on their side. Thanks, Eddie

I think before dive into the solution side, you have to provide these two things: Type of return and tax you're submitting. Error message received and when it occurs.
