What tax am I entitled to claim back

Hi, sorry if post is not in the right section. I am an Irish resident who worked in England for 6 weeks in 2022 and 9 weeks in 2023. I paid both PAYE and National Insurance Contributions. Am I entitled to both these taxes back and if so how do I go about it. Thanks
