Hi, I was in UK with ICT Visa for 2years from 2017 to 2019 and I got exemption from paying National Insurance for the 1st year and I have paid NI for the 2nd year,later I went back to my country.Recently I moved back to UK after 5 years with Skilled worker Visa, do I get Exemption now for the 52 weeks from paying National Insurance.

Hi Prabhakar Golla,
We are unable to advise on your individual circumstances.
All liability requests on exemption of UK NICs depends on the country involved and or if there are any pre existing agreements between the posting country and the UK.
If you work and live in outside the UK you will need to contact your own authorities for a decision on whether you pay to them.
If they advise we need to make that decision you will need to make that request in writing.

In the above message I forgot to mention that I am from India.In this case am I eligible from National Insurance deduction exemption for this 52weeks from now.
