Update of N. I. contributions

Hi, I've submitted my self-employed tax return and made the payment. I've verified the2022-2023 tax payment record, which states that National Insurance contributions were included. However, upon checking my National Insurance account, it shows that 2022-2023 'You did not make any contributions this year.' Could you please clarify why this discrepancy exists? Thanks
