Dear Administrator, I have use case as following would like to enquire if my work company in country A would consider UK presence. Country A: Joint venture of “Company A” and “Company B Country A LTD“ My employment contact would under joint venture called Company A&B (Joint venture) United Kingdom: Company A and Company B UK LTD both are separate legal entity Company B UK LTD is owned and operated by Company C in Switzerland In this situation would my work company (Company A&B as joint venture) would consider UK presence ?
