Pay Oldest Missing NI contributions - in Year Order as opposed to Cost Order

Can I pay missing NI contributions for years 2016/17, 2017/18, & 2018/19 instead of paying the 3 cheapest years option (2016/17, 2020/21, 2021/22) offered via my online Personal Tax Account.
The 7 options offered are arranged according to cost to pay order rather than year order.
Thereby I have to pay 5 years in order to have paid the 3 oldest years, and meet the 5th April deadline for these 3 years.
