My state pension is January 2035 I work full time and make a full contribution, according to the gov site I am no longer contributing to my pension. Does that mean my employer should reduce the deduction. I have pasted the details below for the gov site. You cannot improve your forecast any more. If you’re working you may still need to pay National Insurance contributions until 4 January 2035 as they fund other state benefits and the NHS.

Hi Andrea Taylor,
When an individual is employed in the UK they must pay class 1 National Insurance contributions even if they have a full pension entitlement.
The employer would deduct these class 1 contributions from their salary until they reached State Pension Age.
If the individual works after State Pension Age then the employer would not deduct class 1 contributions from their salary.
Thank you.
