Hello I have a tax account which is personal and for my self assessment as self employed. When I try to access the new CF83 online form via this link: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-to-pay-voluntary-national-insurance-contributions-when-abroad-cf83 it says: "Access Forbidden. We’re sorry, but this page is restricted. Organisations cannot access this form" I am not an "Organisation". I am simply self employed, and last time I checked, self employed people are still eligible to pay Voluntary NI and fill out form CF83. Please can this be fixed?

I am pushing this thread to the top of the forum for attention as I cannot be the only person with this bug. It seems to have something to do with having a self employed self assessment account and trying to use the new CF83 form. This is incorrect and should be fixed

Hi lightningfix23,

You appear to have created an organisation account when registering for SA, this is fine to use, however, if they now require an individual account you can select the ‘Create sign in Details’ link on this page to submit the CF83 form.
Thank you.
