Length of time from paying additional contributions to pension increase being paid

Having received a receipt confirming additional contribution has been made to my wife's NI account bringing her up to full pension level, how long after the date that was put on the account before she actually sees it paid in her pension please? she already is being paid her state pension and this was the top to get the full amount. It has now been 4 weeks since that contribution was put on the account but she has not received any notification yet of pension increase?

HMRC are unable to answer your query, you will need to contact the Pension Service  lines are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
