I am a non resident landlord of 2 properties located in the UK. These properties are currently rented to tenants via a property agent in the UK who markets and manages the properties for me. Do I qualify to make voluntary Class 2 National Insurance contributions?

Hi Dav Chng,
We are unable make decisions on entitlement to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions by this method of communication.
We would, however, suggest that you read our leaflet NI38 ‘Social Security Abroad’ which you may obtain here:
Social Security abroad: NI38
And then if you wish to apply to pay voluntary contributions then complete our CF83 application form here:
Apply to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions when abroad (CF83)
Thank you.
