Hi, When I check my National Insurance contribution record in HMRC web, it says I have not contributed anything. However, my P60s say I have contributed towards the NI in full (and the money was deduced from my payroll). Please how should I deal with this situation? Thank you.

Hi Wing Chan,
If you could send us copies of the P60 that there are problems with then we will trace for any National Insurance contributions and put them onto your account.
Please include a letter with your P60s to ask for the contributions to be traced.
Our postal address is:

Thank you.
