Hi I received a 'Your tax has not yet been calculated for April '23-`24. Message. I was made redundant in January this year so have been out of work for 4 months. I have no employer to calculate anything. I tried calling your helpline but sat on hold for 1 hour, probably costing me a fortune. Please advise. Thanks.

Bump. It would be great if someone could answer, i have no idea who to contact and how.

Hi

As the 2023/24 tax year has now ended the code would no longer be amended for that tax year.
If you return to PAYE employment in the new 2024/25 tax year then your tax code would be reviewed and issued.
