A1 Forms - new application

Hi, If someone received an A1 form earlier this year to travel and work in an EU country and is now returning to the same country to do the same type of work, do they need to reapply for a new A1 form certificate or will the old one cover this new trip? Thanks, Amy

You would need to re-apply for a new A1 certificate.
