Good Morning I have been looking at my national insurance record and I have a few years that are not full. However I have noticed some years I have 104 weeks national insurance credits. Is it possible to take 52 weeks from the year that has 104weeks and have it transferred to the incomplete years? Thank you

Hi Busybee101,
It would appear that we’ve allocated a payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions to you incorrectly.
If you could give our National Insurance Helpline a call on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 2037010 (from overseas), they will be able to correct the allocations.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you.
