Voluntary Contributions not appearing in my online record

Hi In 19-6- 2024 , about 15 weeks ago I paid 3 years voluntary NI contributions. They have not shown up on my record. I understand there is a delay but this seems to much as it shouldn't take more than 8 weeks. If you call the line there is an automated response saying it is taking longer than the usual 8 weeks but how long is it taking? Manuel

May I ask that you call our National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 203 7010 (from overseas) and they will be able to check your
payment and arrange for it to be allocated to your National Insurance account.  
You may wish to have your payment details handy when you call.
