NI contributions

Hi how to make voluntary NI contributions if i can't enter in my NI acc to check contributions or other? i'm living abroad and only have international passport, i make dowload of app GOV.UK ID CHECK , fallow all the steps and all data accepted but wen retourn to computer says allways "we can't find you" or a message like that Please help TIA Mario
