My query on national insurance is complex and cannot be dealt with an online chatbot. Whenever I request to speak to an adviser on HMRC Online I get this response "Our advisers are not available to discuss your query at the moment." Have real advisers stopped providing service on HMRC Online?

Hi,
We apologise you couldn't get through when you tried. The online services will direct you to an adviser if the digital assistant is unable to help with your query.
