CA3822 A1 Form - Awaiting response

Hi, Iv submitted an CA3822 A1 Form on 7th Febuary 2024 as apart of my work, I'm just interested in knowing when I will get a response/certificate for this application. I have used the HMRC online tool which estimates a response by the 4th of July, Which is contradictory to the 40 working days response time in my submission confirmation email, doing some research over posts made about the A1 form on these forums iv gathered it should take around 15 weeks. I would really appreciate some help on the progress of my application and when i can expect the certifcate. Posting here, as well as trying phone lines and online chats, --

The team that issue the A1s are currently dealing with online applications received on March the 12th.  I am unable to trace applications on the forum, therefore in order to find out if your certificate has been issued, or if further information is required you should contact the National Insurance helpline
