Request for Assistance Regarding A1 Form for Digital Nomad Visa Application

I am writing to seek your guidance and explore potential solutions regarding an issue faced by British applicants for the Spanish digital nomad visa. Specifically, applicants are required to submit an A1 form from both the employee and employer as part of the application process. However, there seems to be a significant backlog in processing these forms, resulting in rejections for many British applicants. (10days is how long we have to gain the A1) Considering this challenge, I kindly request your assistance in finding possible alternatives or solutions to overcome this issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide guidance or information on any alternative documents that could be submitted in lieu of the A1 form, or if there are any specific processes or channels available to expedite the processing of these forms for British applicants. For example a digital letter to explain it's in progress? Additionally, if there are any channels through which I could communicate directly with the Spanish authorities responsible for processing the digital nomad visa applications, I would be grateful if you could provide that information as well. Unfortunately there is no other option to obtain a A1 certificate.

•    Their employer or agent must fill in form CA3822 ‘Application for a certificate of continuing liability’
•    their employer must fill in form CA3821 if it is the first time they need an A1 certificate.
•    that even if they have been abroad for a long time they may still need to provide a A1 to the local authorities.
•    if their agent fills in form CA3822 they must have an agent authority form 64-8 in place to act on their behalf
•    they can download the forms from our website www.gov.uk
