Hi, I have repeatedly tried to call you to discuss this but cannot get through. On the 14th of February this year I paid 5 years worth of voluntary contributions. I requested that you pay off years 2021/22, 2020/21,2019/20,2018/19, and 2017/18. Having looked again at my pension forecast it appears that you have actually paid of 2016/17, 2015/16 and2014/15 instead. I was specifically advised not to pay 2015/16 and 2014/15 as they won't directly contribute. I would like this situation to be resolved. Can you advise?

Hi Anne Perceval,
Unfortunately, you will need to call the NI helpline on UK - 0300 200 3500 overseas +44 191 203 7010 so we can investigate your account, the best times to call are between 08:00 until 09:00 when the lines are quieter. The department youl need to speak to will depend on your situation, i.e. if you are self-employed or paying overseas contributions  .
We can move the funds to other tax years to qualify and increase your pension so long as they are the amounts required to cover those years.
