I wrote to you on January 3, 2023 to make Class 3 Voluntary contributions for 11 years ahead of the final cut off, then scheduled for April 2023. I enclosed a cheque for £9,066.20, which was cashed by you on January 24, 2023, but my NI record has still not been updated, over 10 months later. The original letter was sent to HM Revenue & Customs, National Insurance Contributions and Employer Office, BX9 1AN and a subequent chaser letter was sent to PT Operations North East England, HM Revenue and Customs at the same postcode. How is this matter going to be resolved and how much longer should it take please? Kind Regards.

Hi 9KMissingNITopUp,
Apologies for your delay, unfortunately the area who will action this for you do have quite a backlog at the moment.
They are currently working on cases from 29th January 2023 and earlier.
You can check our online tool to see when you should receive you reply that your Class 3 payment has been updated here - Check when you can expect a reply from HMRC
Thank you.

Thank you for your response. According to the link you provided, I should have heard by September 25. Another month has passed and my NI record has still not been updated more than 11 months since payment was made. When will this be sorted?
