HI There, I submitted my CF83 form on 29th January. When I check my account now it says: Form type Online Date received 29/01/2025 Status Completed Does the status mean that my claim has been assessed and I will hear back soon or does it just mean that my form has been submiited? many thanks claire

Hi My message also says completed, is there an alternative system to finding out the amount to pay and the deadline given without actually waiting for the form? I live in Spain and I am a little worried that I will not receive the form in time to pay the amount quoted. (Date completed 02/02/2025) According to previous reply given 31 days to pay.. (which will only given me a limited time frame) I have tried ringing and waiting /but can not get through and I am not sure if the agent would be able to give me this information on the phone?

Hi Sharon2,
There is no other system in place for customer to receive correspondence about their CF83 than through post.
Though we may be unable to disclose this information over a call, if you can contact the National Insurance department on 0300 200 3500, they may be able to help issue your letters to a nominated correspondence address in the UK.
Thank you.
