Dear Sir, I applied for a certificate to confirm an employee will pay National Insurance while working abroad on 28 May 2024, but i have not received any reply yet. I checked online You are currently processing requests received on 3 JUNE 2024. Shall I continue waiting or I have to contact HMRC please. Waiting for your reply. Thank you very much. Li

If you have checked using the Check when you can expect a reply from HMRC link for the applicable query, contact route and the timescales has passed – Please call the national insurance helpline and they will investigate the application for you and advise.
