How long does it take for certificate to confirm an employee will pay NI while working abroad

Dear Sir, I applied for a certificate to confirm an employee will pay National Insurance while working abroad on 28 May 2024, but i have not received any reply yet. I checked online You are currently processing requests received on 3 JUNE 2024. Shall I continue waiting or I have to contact HMRC please. Waiting for your reply. Thank you very much. Li
