Please can you confirm as I have been unable to locate in any of HMRC online guidance regarding the reporting of regular non taxable death benefits if when the benefits cease to be paid is a leaver record required to be submitted. If the answer is yes please can you point me in the direction of where this is documented. Thank you Kind Regards

You will need to call into the Employer Helpline on 0300 200 3200 as there are further questions that we would need to ask.
