P85 - Tax refund to UK Bank account

Is it possible to refund directly into UK bank account instead of mailing cheque. I have left UK but Bank account is still active. However, P85 asks for Self or Nominee address for mailing refund cheque.

We cannot send a repayment directly to your bank account if you are due a PAYE repayment.
If you are due a repayment you will receive a P800 tax calculaion in the post which will give options to claim your repayment. Tax overpayments and underpayments

Hi, I claimed a tax refund on the 15th of December. Checked my account and it said the refund was sent on the 17th of December. It’s the 16th….
