Using basic PAYE tools on multiple devices

We have two employees who are involved in payroll and want both to have access, but do not want the backup of data to be compromised if the software is used on multiple devices. Is it possible to download and use basic PAYE tools on multiple devices, when reporting for the same employer? If using the software at the same time could cause data corruption, could this be solved by the employees not using the software at the same time? Thank you

Basic PAYE tools - is basic – it is not designed to be used on multiple computers. Each install on a computer is its own unique instance, so actions taken on one computer would not be updated on the other computer. 
If you need payroll software on multiple computers or multiple users then you would need a more advanced payroll software than what Basic PAYE Tools provides.
