List of CIS payment

How do I obtain a list of outstanding CIS payments, a list of payments made plus the allocation of those payments? We have some CIS debt and had £2179.59 deducted from a VAT refund. We have had no information on the allocation of payments that we have made in the past so are unable to work out what is happening to our account. How do I obtain this information?

It is not currently possible to view historical or outstanding CIS payments online, although we are looking to address this though our new Making Tax Digital, Income Tax Self-Assessment (MTD ITSA) service which is currently in development.
