Hi The link that you sent me relates to Corporation Tax, our problem was with CIS. The information provided defines how the interest should be calculated. What we need to see is the actual calculation made as this does not seem to follow the details provided. Where can we log in to see the actual calculation of the interest not how it should be calculated? Regards Peter

Hi The interest that we were charged was not for Corporation Tax but for late payment of CIS deductions. Will you please provide the details for interest calculations for this so that I can attempt to work out how you have calculated the interest charged?

We have recently been charged £5889.08 in interest due to late payment. I have requested details of how this has been calculated and a document listing the calculations but I have received no response. How do I obtain this information? Peter Crowe

This did not work

On the 6th of February, we made a payment of outstanding CIS and Corporation Tax but the money has gone missing. This payment was made to prevent being made bankrupt and we have had emails from that department that threatened to bankrupt us confirming that payment has been made. We are still receiving interest demands for these items. When we call the Debt Management they cannot find any payment on their computer. They required us to write a letter to them providing all the data on the payment which was done on the 14th of March and we have received a letter telling us to call them back which we have done but they cannot find any information again. They tried to transfer us to another department but we just got cut off. We are calling them again but we just keep getting cut off. are they using Fujitsui software? How do we find out where our large amount of money has gone and get it transferred to the correct departments? Peter

How do I obtain a list of outstanding CIS payments, a list of payments made plus the allocation of those payments? We have some CIS debt and had £2179.59 deducted from a VAT refund. We have had no information on the allocation of payments that we have made in the past so are unable to work out what is happening to our account. How do I obtain this information?

£2179.59 of the VAT refund was transferred to PAYE but I have no mechanism to view the PAYE costs & payments where do I go to achieve this?
