PAYE registration reference

hi, we are the agent and we have applied for PAYE registration reference for one of our client on 22/09/2023 but did not receive any post regarding it till today. so does the reference notification letter goes to the agent's address or goes to the company register address please? I checked online that the process will be 15 working days, if we still don't receive anything say till end of this month, who should I talk to please? your reply will be highly appreciated, thanks. kind regards
