I tried to submit a further NRL1 form to update my client's new property using postal way and the form will stop when you click 'yes' to the questions 'Are you already approved as a non-resident landlord'? is that the case? or should I just click 'No' to the above question? will duplicate NRL be issued? many thanks and kind regards

hi, we are the agent and we have applied for PAYE registration reference for one of our client on 22/09/2023 but did not receive any post regarding it till today. so does the reference notification letter goes to the agent's address or goes to the company register address please? I checked online that the process will be 15 working days, if we still don't receive anything say till end of this month, who should I talk to please? your reply will be highly appreciated, thanks. kind regards

hi HMRC Admin 17, thank you for your reply. my accountant did use the link to request the UTR to be sent to the company registered office in BVI. She requested twice however I receive neither of them. do I still need to send in any form to register UTR or do I need talk to anyone to acquire the number please? thanks and kind regards

hi, I hope you are well. is the UTR generated automatically after the company IS incorporated? I didn't receive the notification letter about UTR, my accountant requested it online to be sent to the registration address but still I didn't receive it after 14 working days. can somebody help please? FYI, the company is a BVI company. many thanks. kind regards
