Just called to follow up on our PSA (PAYE Settlement Agreement) submitted online and not yet appearing online, although our specific payment is sat on PAYE account, so HMRC are telling us we have a credit when we know we don't. Was told that input is manual and they are still processing submissions form end October 2024. Why is this delay not publicised as surely impacts lots of businesses? Also, can HMRC not divert some resource to deal with known and planned peak workload? Finally, it's not exactly 21st Century / MTD compliant when PSA is an online submission but HMRC staff have to manually re-enter data.............

Hi Richard,
I am sorry you are unhappy with this process however we cannot comment on resourcing etc as this is outside the remit of this forum.
Thank you.
