employee personal contributions towards car lease

Question - Our company has a threshold for monthly lease payments that the company will pay and anything above that the employee has to contribute. Is this payment taken from net pay and then shown on the P11d under capital contributions to reduce the BIK vale ?

If the payment is made from the Net pay, that is after deductions then you would enter it under amount made good.
This will reduce to total value of the benefit and thus the benefit charge amount.
