We have an annual PAYE scheme on basic tools, with one employee paid annually in March. Can I add a quarterly paid worker (June/Sep/Dec/Mar) or will there be a problem as no employee payment is expected until March?

Hi Graeme Davis,
If you submit payroll information that is outside of the annual paydates the scheme will turn into a monthly one and you will need to submit FPS each month or an EPS to report periods of no payments to employees.
