I set up a direct debit payment for my PAYE month 8 through the government gateway on 28 November to be debited from my account on 22 December. I have the confirmation and the direct debit and the direct debit reference number. However, the payment has not been taken from my bank account and the direct debit is not listed in the history of direct debits in my online account. Can you please give me a telephone number so that I can speak to someone about this when you are next open.
