My employer has not paid my salary for last 2 months, for February and March. I left the job last month. What are all the options available for me? Do you need to register a formal complaint with HMRC? They have provided me P45. They have not informed HMRC about my last working date but in HMRC income statement I can see the PAYE and Income as same as in my payslip for those 2 months.
