About 3 weeks ago we stopped receiving tax codes onto both our payroll system and our government gateway account online. We are still receiving the generic notices through both and are able to submit the FPS and EPS for all payrolls. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to resolve it? We have called HMRC but they have yet to get back to us with a solution and in the meantime we have employees waiting for tax code updates! Thank you
