I have health insurance with my company that started in February 2024. I have been told that my employer has until 1st June 2024 to submit a P11D form to HMRC. My question is, what happens about the 3 months benefit that I have already received for 3 months of the previous tax year. Will I have to pay a lump sum or will this get added to my tax code for next year?

Once the P11D is submitted by your employer, a calculation will be issued and any tax due will be collected in your tax code.
