I have lived and worked (eployee) in the UK from August 2018 until December 2023. I have now moved to Greece and I need to get a certificate that I was taxed in the UK for these years. I have all my P60s from my employer at hand. Although I tried to apply for a tax certificate of residence this is for people currently living in the UK while I just moved abroad. What should I do?

Hi 5.60562E+11,
You can reapply for the cetificate of residence but specify the dates it is required, the dates you were in fact in the UK.
Thank you.

Hi, In the HMRC app and the HMRC site I can see that the process of issuing the certificate is "COMPLETED". However I have not received an email with the certificate, so my question is what is the form of the certificate. SHould I wait for an email with the online version or should I wait for it in the mail?

Hi 560562075153,
The certificate is not sent by email, it is posted to you.
Thank you.
