Dear Sir or Madam, There is MCI issue error and I can not log in my account for 2 months. I contact to advisor and they said that there is investigation and I must wait till end up investigation. Can you please give an information how I know how long investigation will take ?Is there any way to learn how long investigation take? Best Regards

We would need to check why the MCI has been set and if there is a timescale to be completed.
You would need to contact HMRC to see if a timesacle can be provided. Contact HMRC
